Traditional Chinese Medicine - Qi Gong exercises designed for the person on the go, can be practiced standing or sitting.  Taking only minutes, twice a day, it is extremely effective at sunrise and sunset or 6.00am, noon and 6.00pm.  Although extremely quick and easy to learn, this powerful workout targets increased metabolism and energy.

Reflexology - Also recognized as an internal massage for the organs, learning how to activate certain trigger points on your hands and feet, can help you shed some extra pounds and make you feel wonderful at the same time.  When applying pressure to specific areas, the corresponding organs become stimulated and can begin to function at peak performance.
