People are becoming increasingly aware of the benefits of ballroom dancing. Whilst improving memory, raising your HDL (good cholesterol level), and burning calories, dancing helps you become socially and culturally interactive, promotes a better sense of self esteem and raises your endorphin (happy) levels.

We welcome students of all ages, styles and levels, from those with no experience or prior training to competitive and performing dancers.

With over thirty years experience in the competitive ballroom idiom, Karen uses her holistic therapies to teach people in private sessions, master classes, seminars or workshops, to access their true potential through dance and movement.
